What's your MBTI personality type?

ENTJ, the field marshall, here! I'm not sure how accurate or conclusive this test is but it's certainly a curiosity.

 

ISTJ, though fairly close to INTJ.

I'm neither an "inspector" nor a "mastermind." Why they came up with labels that appear to be so controlling is strange to me. I've seen these two groups be given more flattering labels before.

I can't talk to my brother for five minutes without him telling me what an "ENTJ" I am. He's got a shelf of books on this MBTI stuff. Evidently I share a personality type with Doc Brown from the Back to the Future movies.

 

ISFJ - the protector

 

I used to be an ENxP, but well... People change and I'm closer from being an xNTP.

ETA: I've tested ENFP consistently for years, and the ENFP profile might as well have been written about me. :lol:

 

ESFP - i've changed a lot since the last time i took this test. I used to be a majorrr introvert.

 

INTJ, the description of which is disturbingly accurate in a way internet personality tests aren't supposed to be. Granted my expectations for these kinds tests are at an all-time low, so getting at least one thing right (leaving out idiotically obvious traits applicable to anyone under the human condition) is enough to impress me.

 

INFJ. Funny, I don't really counsel people much.

 

There was a time when I was crazy about MBTI. I couldn't decide if the test was about the 8 types of cognitive functions or describing a set of stereotypical behaviors. If we are talking about cognitive functions alone I am probably an INFP (Fi Ne Si Te) and all that. But if I have to choose an archetype, I would rather be an ISFP. ISFPs sound fun

 

INFP. It's the most accurate personality test ever.

 

I wonder if the large amount of certain, supposedly "uncommon" types in this poll is due to what kind of people we all are (i.e. Not straight). Or maybe I'VE BEEN LIED TO :'( XD

INTJ.

As for it being referred to as "The Mastermind", sure, there is a nefarious ring to it, but it's still flattering in a way.

 

Very interesting ... 24 people have polled thus far.

Of these 24, there is only 1 for either ESTJ and ISTJ, which are the most common groups in the population. A sample of 24 is not big enough but, so far, this is interesting. I did expect to see an equal or greater number of "perceiving" (P) than "judging" (J).

 

I usually score INTP, and I'll add this result...

 

There are only 4 people who have polled being extroverted (E), which definitely doesn't reflect the general population. I guess forums in general tend to attract introverts.


INFJ, here, by the way.

 

I think that's probably one reason for the lack of extroverts. I'm not usually a forums person, but this site has such a great sense of community and so many nice people I keep coming back.
