    That is completely messed up. I personally would be against abortion but out of respect for freewill I refuse to have any control over the body of a woman and no government shoulkd have control over that. If i understand this right they are basically assuming the women had abortions because instead of having a miscarriage. That is absurd.

    That is dangerous! They should have atleast made an exception to malformed fetus or fetus that is developing outside the womb or any possible cases that will endanger the life of the mother.

    That's absolutely heartbreaking. Miscarriage and losing your child is hard enough but to then have to face prosecution is unfathomable. Abortion should never be illegal.

    That is insane! I do not believe in abortion for reasons such as "i don't want the baby" or "i can't afford a baby" because there is adoptions. But they go too far. There are times when an abortion would be the best thing for the mother and/or fetus.

    It's already happening in the States. A woman in Indiana was recently sentenced to 20 years in prison because she attempted suicide and had a miscarriage.

    It amazes me how they can get away with imprisoning women for this shit. Is there no demand from the general population for a change in the law? I highly doubt that all of El Salvador is this ignorant or intolerant.

    I think a woman in Michigan got a taste of this and is in jail for 20 years for having a miscarriage.

    What the hell is wrong with the world?
