Oh my! So many threads these days asking for geographical knowledge we weren't required to memorize in grade school! It feels like there's small underlying petty knowledge-war going on: " Hah! You Americans don't know boo about the outside world!" "Yeah? Well hah! You Europeans don't know the ins and outs of our country!" "Oh yeah? Well hah! *Nobody* really knows Canada!" Perhaps I'm just making up the subtext here *smile*. But in any case, I believe most of you on this site are human. How many of the 206 bones in your body can you name? How many of the 56 organs? Don't bother naming them all here...just give us the percentage: 90-100% Impressive self-knowledge...you may now proceed to Enlightenment! 75-89% Not bad! You may credibly call yourself human. 50-74% Disappointing, but not unexpected. below 50% You fail your species. :icon_sad:
I already fail my species. Write me off as an automatic sub 20%. But fuck humans anyway. I'm fine with distancing myself from the species as a whole.
I can name a few...but not nearly enough  guess i fail the species then.....however i do know something about genetics and matters on a more cellular basis
I can name a few organs and bones, but I'm sure it's less than 50%. I already feel like you're judging me! BITCH! (I say this with love (*hug*))
I definitely fail my species. And to think, when I was in high school I seriously considered studying to become a doctor... (Also, what exactly counts as an organ?)
About 65% of the bones and around 80% of the organs. Graduated uni studying Ecology, so biology was a bi-product of sorts.
Organs........hmmmmm......... There's the Pipe Organ, the Hammond Organ, the Mouth Organ, the Reed Organ, the Pump Organ, the Electric Organ, and the Digital Organ. Bones.......hmmmmmm......... The Ham Bone, the Funny Bone, the Boner Bone, the T-Bone, and I think the Dog Bone. Did I get them all?
