    Judging by the lower shoulder angle and the long thin neck I'd guess the person female


    Though, with just what the pic shows, it's hard to tell. The person looks like they are in the early stages of puberty and their body just hasn't filled out yet.

    I could not say, I never assume anything about anyone. I would simply just ask what their PGP (Preferred Gender Pronoun) is.
