Location: Northern California, United States Age: 18 Posts: 2,380 Join Date: Jul 2008 |  I have decided... ...that I'm not going to igore that "silly" fantasy of becoming president. When I was younger I had that dream of being the first woman president, as so many other girls do. I always pushed it to the side, saying it wouldn't be possible for me and that Hilary Clinton would be it, not me. But with the recent election of Barack Obama, the dream of the presidency has come back stronger than ever. It has showed me that I can't just wait for someone else to follow my dream and that I really can reach it. Not only could I be the first female president, but I could be the first out LGBTIQA president (*cough*Lincoln*cough*) and, if elected in 2028, I would be the youngest president ever (I would be 35 in June of election year). This is my dream and I will reach it. That's the start of a campaing, right there.
