Which social media do you hate?

Probably myspace if that counts XD

 

I don't hate any of them. Some I have but rarely use. And some I don't have and don't really understand the appeal

 

I hate just about every single one of them. Sure, some of them are helpful when it comes to communicating with your family whom you haven't seen in a while or are overseas or for employers to look at the people applying for a job. I have no problem when it's used that way. The majority of social media, though, is useless and doesn't really seem to serve a purpose other than to get the most likes or views or whatever.

Then again, I don't really know much about social media since I don't see what the fuss is about so I may be wrong.

 

I picked Pinterest just because of how annoying people get over it. Every time I check Facebook people are posting recipes they found on Pinterest

 

I do not understand the point of Snapchat at all. Either post the picture on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram, or send it as a picture message.

 

I don't really hate any of them. I find Facebook and Snapchat annoying, and I've written before about the problems I have with Tumblr.

 

Twitter annoys me the most, the way it reduces things to sound-bytes in a media world that already lacks depth. I guess it's good for jokes but it typically annoys me, and if it disappeared, I'd be happy.

 

Twitter is really pointless to me, I don't know why it's still a thing.

 

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and vine.

 

Never heard of some of the listed but... ask.fm, definitely. That's probably one of the most useless and pointless social networks out there. Not to mention all the stupid and hateful 'questions' one receives. No wonder so many people have removed their accounts because of that.

 

I like Twitter myself - I follow my local police force and it's nice to know what they're up to, because I'm nosy.

I like Instragram too - partly because of hot guys, partly because I like photography and there are some good pics on there.

I don't really care for Facebook though - nor the rest on the list.

 

I don't hate them but Facebook and Twitter annoy me. I don't care what you are doing or eating at certain times of the day.

 

My issue isn't so much with the social media, it's with the people who use them. By themselves, the media is fine, and even fun or useful. But then you have those folks who:

- Believe Onion articles/stories are true.
- Rant about politics like they're a guru, but actually going off half-ass rumors.
- Bitch about how terrible life is, and shoot down any sympathy or help.
- Talk about their relationship in the most boring manner.
- Instigate e-fights, with all kinds of dumb tactics.
- Blog their lives, despite doing nothing I couldn't do on my own, like sitting in a park or...
- ... taking pictures of their food. Okay, I didn't know eating a meal was newsworthy!

It can get worse, like the bowels of Tumblr, but what I said still holds. It requires a certain kind of asininity to make something disliked.

 

Not a Tumblr fan, and I forgot to check Instagram. God I hate Instagram.

I don't like Twitter because I don't get the point of it, lol.

I don't even know what Instagram and Snapchat are!

 

I'm going to go with Facebook simply because it's the only one that I have. Twitter has it's uses keeping me up to date with band, movie, video game, etc news and tumblr doubles as a porn site, so they're forgiven. With Facebook though I can't even scroll for 10 seconds without getting disgusted by someone. If it wasn't my only way of talking to some long distance friends I'd probably just delete it.

Also, the only reason in the universe to have Snapchat is to look at Luthan's drawings.

I don't really hate any kind of social media. There are ones I either never use or rarely use, but I can't seem to extremely dislike any of them. There are certain tumblr blogs however, that I will not go near with a 10 foot pole.
