I was miserable. And I have a headache from not drinking enough water today and I almost got blisters on my feet because my shoes are just a hair too big because my feet are so narrow.

I never knew there were so many ab exercises! GEES! Lol.

And there is this exercise called the inch worm its CRUCIAL!

You start in push up position and then you walk your feet as close to your hands as possible without bending your knees. And we had to do that for 40 yards.

I felt bad for the short people because they had to do even more than I did and I was STRUGGLING!

And we jogged for like half an hour with 3, 4 minute breaks to power walk, I did more than that though because I was about to keel over. Lol.

I almost threw up like 2 times! But I pushed through; and I'll be back out there tomorrow, hopefully it gets easier!

But I think I came on an easy day.

    Pray for me! Lol.

ROFL!!! The memories came rushing back. I miss feeling like I was dying, and all the exercises/workouts. If this is your first day, don't worry, after tomorrow it'll be much easier(The second day is always the hardest). Keep hydrated! and for God's sake, know when to use the bathroom!!!

Good luck this season! It's so worth it.

I think it's worth it too. I feel like I've accomplished something since I made it through the whole practice and didn't give up. : )

I wanted to sooo badly though. Lol.

I wish I'd been able to get more involved with athletics when I was younger, I ran until I was about 13, then didn't do any until about 5 months ago. It's significantly harder to pick up again in your mid-20s!

I miss really hard training sessions...

It seems you are starting late in the season. Or is this for outdoor track and field?

I do indoor and I can sympathize. We had our first meet on Saturday and I fouled my long jump twice! I was so mad I swore vehemently in several languages (luckily none were English so I didn't get disqualified) at a judge.

Ah, I do Varsity Tennis in the spring...otherwise I would do outdoor track too.

The one jump that did count was so bad too. Ugh.

    That sucks!
It's only the first meet though so you'll have plenty of time to do awesome jumps. : )

    Haven't figured that out yet; I haven't run since I was 10.
I started having feet problems and then I had to quit and then I got fat.

But now I'm slim again and my feet aren't bothering me. : )

I'll probably do distance running though.

Cheese Danish bless you. Long distance...*shudders*

I do long jump and triple jump. I used to do hurdles but I tore a tendon in the bottom of my foot and hence don't run those anymore.

My mile time is, like, 13 minutes because I give up halfway through.

    I fail at sports. XP

    Lol. It's all good. : )
    I'm so sore.

So very sore; you guys have no idea, well you probably do but still... I'm sore. Lol.

I just want to lay down and sleep for a couple of days. Haha. I'm taking a break tomorrow so my body can recover a little bit because this is more than I've done ever so I don't want to do too much; and I have to finish writing an essay.

I think I'm just going to make a blog of my progress. : )
