I can listen to them for a few minutes, but they quickly give me a headache. I'm fine watching a three minute video, but I can't stand a whole podcast. Anyone else have trouble with overly animated voices? If you're wondering what I'm talking about watch any sourcefed, DNews, or buzzfeed video.
There's this girl in my chem class who always speaks animatedly and and in a pitchy and loud manner. I find it tiring just listening to her. That said, when people speak passionately or expressively about a topic, I find it to be quite endearing. <3
Yes! My HSC chemistry teacher sounded like she had a tampon permanently shoved up her ass and had a constant flow of helium to her respiratory system. The first time I heard her speak I giggled like a stoner watching Adventure Time! Also, I think some gay guys intentionally put on this really high-pitched nasally voice, which is just really irritating; I'd prefer listening to a cat in a blender.
Oh gosh I have a very animated voice... had no idea it was annoying lol. I'll keep this in mind next time I'm out and try to keep my voice down..
