    I truly miss cooking out in the wilderness. Anybody else familiar with Dutch Oven cooking?

    Yep! I used to teach leadership programs, outdoor education, and living history programs. One program we did was an 1800s dinner using Dutch Ovens. So good! It was a chicken and veggie stew with biscuits on the top. We'd also make Johnny Cakes on a cast iron griddle. Mmmmmm....
