    List something which literally, truly, genuinely makes you happy. I don't mean just pleasure or entertainment, but real happiness. This could be something in the past or present.

    Oddly enough, something that has made me happy is Doctor Who. I can honestly say that this show just... I cannot even explain it... The Doctor is like a best friend to me. Maybe I'm pathetic, but it's the truth. And it's one of the few times in recent years that I was really happy. I was a kid again.

    Cuddling up with my pillows and blankets and imagining I'm just snuggling with a bunch of furry animals (like bears, tigers, etc.) who - in reality - would be extremely vicious and dangerous to me but I think it's cute. so. <3

    Watching some of my favorite shows usually gets me in a happy mood and it just makes me feel better. I know this might sound pathetic but it makes my life a bit better than it is and I feel like it's just a part of my life that I can't live without.

    Writing. Writing is my outlet when I am upset, happy, creative, whatever. It makes me feel relaxed and happy.

    Cats. When I snuggle with my Trixie (an incidentally transgender cat) my whole day gets better. Being able to press my face against his soft fur is soothing, and in general, cats will love you unconditionally. They're so sweet.

    Rain. Rain is really calming to me. I sleep way better if I can hear it raining outside and sometimes I sit out when it's raining, confusing my family, because it makes me feel peaceful.

    Making other people happy is what makes me happy. It's just simple things: bringing a cup of tea to my mum, playing with my brother, etc.

    Storms! I play rugby, and when there's a storm (which only happened twice for now) I get sooo hyper. I mean, I just smile for two hours and dance in the rain. I love it.

    Exercising, meeting new people, my crazy karaoke parties when I'm home alone, playing the same song over and over on guitar and piano, walking outside when it's dark, everything! I'm just a happy person :slight_smile:

    Bohemian Rhapsody is my instant happiness fix. I really love it when I sing a few bars (more would shatter my phone screen) and some stranger hears it and joins in. I've gotten up to 5 people spaced around cafeteria just belting out the lyrics.

    the first time someone you're attracted to takes your hand
    snuggling with my dog
    spending time with my kids
    beginning a trip
    dusk in the summer when the like is golden

    Absorbing useless information. For example, I can spend hours reading a subreddit. It's more than entertainment. I can usually call upon some wisdom when I need it. I think my memory works in a weird way. I guess my answer is basically "knowledge."
