i know i wrote this on the other thread but...
    idk it's really wierd...
straight guys can be really sexual to eachother...
like in my gymclass, they like call each other
bitch and fag(ugh hate that word) and then
they like hug each other and pull their pants down
and like wrestle on the floor touching each others bodies...
    it's wierd...i don't get it....and i'm like 99.999% sure they're NOT gay.

so is it like some sort of way to exert their "straightness"by
    acting that way???

I believe another EC member put it as "Fortifying there masculinity."

Do NOT ask me why they do it. (Documentary Voice) Indeed, the Heterosexual humanoids have strange ways and rituals to prove themselves the alpha male.

Well, I can't say much for straight guys, considering I'm, well you know, gay. But it's just a form of joking in modern American culture, I think. After all, sexual activity is a lot more prominent in our society.

Plus, I think this type of joking could be a sort of defense mechanism stemming from sexual dominance. Guys want to assert their masculinity by emasculating others in a joking manner.

Not all straight males behave as such >.> I don't mean to stereotype, but I've seen almost all the guys in my gym period do that stuff, sometimes on purpose in front of me because they know I'm gay. I guess they expect me to respond specifically or something

maybe they want you to respond...kinda like how guys show off for girls..maybe in thier twisted minds getting you to respond is some kind of ego boost.

I went to one of those high schools. And yes, college people are way more open-minded and not stupid... well, there's pockets of stupidity, that usually meet on the top level of the parking garage on Wednesday nights to get "stupid". At least at this liberal arts college, there's a few conservative ones out there that are really scary: I got a scholarship to go to one whose motto was "God First since 1899". Um, no thanks...

The guys in my gym class are like that, and its really awkward because we're swimming and then we have to change. I don't know how to respond to it at all and I usually just get embarassed and leave. It really bugs me, because one of the guys who is the most active in the acting gay is a guy who said, "that's awesome" when I told him that gay marriage had gotten banned in California so that makes it extra uncomfortable.

See in the UK that sorta thing you dont really see happening but i suppose the equivelent would be in football when someone scores a goal and everyone runs and hugs and kisses the player. In some ways it allows straight guys to be close to each other without the fear of being called gay.

I think straight guys need that male companionship and thats why the don't like gay guys even just as friends because they are afraid that the guy will fall in love with them or something stupid like that... but before I realized that I was gay I had some straight friends, and now I think once they know about me they won't even want to be friends...

I think they are really self-confident in their sexuality, so they
like to flirt a little, but in a joking way. I had this friend that
was like that, we had some intense flirting going on, and I
started to get feelings for him...until he started going out
with my best friend (girl). So I guess he's not gay.

RaVeNXP your so funny but trust me when I say this you might be better not having girls do that. At least i know when guys do that around me(guys that don't know I'm gay) it's pretty acward... especially if you have a crush on that guy
