I just read that Vampire Diaries will have its first same sex couple and it's a lesbian vampire couple! I am so excited because I love this show and I was so sad that Elena died! But now I am super happy!
Having a lesbian couple on the show won't make me watch it again. They are probably just doing it for ratings, or to have a few token lesbians on. The writers never gave Luke anything worthwhile. He was just there and the gang would occasionally reference his sexuality but beyond that, nothing. Caroline's dad was gay but they made him evil. TVD is not the best when it comes to LGBT representation.
