when did u know

There was no one specific time for me. There were several points when I realised or should have realised, but denied it.

I probably knew pretty much for certain when I was around 14-15, but did not do anything about it until I came out when I was 26.

 

i knew i was different when i was about 12 but didn't know what a homosexual was, i remember looking it up in a dictionary but still didn't understand probably because i wasn't a how should i put this, a sexual person at that time. greg

 

I *kinda* knew when I was 6/7 but refused it. I was sure 100% and accepted being attracted to males at around 14/15. But even today, I wonder if I'm Bi or Gay...
Most likely Gay but only time and experience will tell.

 

I didnt really know something was drasticly diffrent about my sexuality untill i hit puberty. but looking back I have found alot of traces of it that I was too young to pick up on. but i refused who i was untill about 2 years after puberty then i admited it to myself. took about another year to come out...

hmmm i frequently wish i had found this site before i came out it would have helped alot. oh well...

 

I'm like Paul, there were several points when I should have realised I was gay growing up but didn't. Personally, I think I just didn't want to think about it. The first time I let myself think I was gay was when I saw two guys making out in the line for Jaws at Universal. :eek:. I was eleven.

When I began to wondering about others sexually first...I imagined about guy.
I was 9 I believe...I realized that other boys likes girl and I was different just after I had bit of sexual experience with guys. I was 10 when I realized I'm a homosexual but then as I get older I began to wonder about girls and began to date with them since 13yo.
Now I like guys more than girls

 

I began looking at my sexuality when i was around about 12/3/4 and realising that i was either bi or gay...then when i was 14 i knew i was gay

 

When I was twelve too but I just thought it was a phase. I didnt fully realize I was bi until I was 16 nad that was after I told someone I wasnt sure.

well ive been different all my childhood and when i was in highschool i was homophobic and than at around 15-16 i realized i was either gay or bi.

 

I began doing things with guys when I was 14 but I didn't admit I was bi until last year. Now I am leaning towards the "dark side"...

 

i knew after a girl kissed me in 3rd grade. don't know why she did it, don't really care. for the longest time i would think of her and think to myself "thanks for ruining my life." but i prolly would've figured it out later.

Well - I'm sure I should have seen some signs too... but denial can be an awesome and powerful mindset. Soooo... I didn't start to consider the possibility that I was bi/gay until I was around 33 - 3 years ago. I'd say I accepted that I was gay only about 6 or 8 months ago.

 

i think when i was about 9 or 10 i slept naked when i was 9 with another 9yo boy and we played with each other and liked it so it was when i was about 9/10

 

Well I definitely had an idea at a very young age, probably around 6 or 7. However I didn't actually realize it until I was 13 or so, but I still imagined myself getting married and having kids one day. It wasn't until I was 14 that I actually accepted it and became ok with it.

 

I became aware of it two years ago, when I was 22, because I realized that, all this time, I had been putting myself in the position of the woman in straight porn. Why it took me so long to figure that out, I have no idea.

 

omg haha i would do that too! the other way around of course i would put myself in the position of the guy haha

but even though i realized i was probably gay at around 15, i think it really hit me at 17when i was intimate with my ex boyfriend and i would just try to imagine he was a girl! :bang:

 

As long as I've had a sexual consciousness. That means probably about 11 or 12. But even before that, I think there were signs. I denied it through most of high school (and was actually quite homophobic), and it was not until I was 21 that I "came out to myself", if that makes any sense...
