Trader Joe's kinda just made my day :)

    Today I went to Trader Joe's for the first time. For those of you who don't know what it is, it's basically a cheaper and more community centered version of Whole Foods. They have all kinds of organic and health foods at great prices. Also, I gotta say it looks awesome inside.

    But as to what really made my day...
    Instead of having male and female bathrooms, they have 2 "family" bathrooms. It was just one of those small things that made me smile. I hope more businesses continue in that direction. My mom said "that's so politically correct" but I didn't even care. The store's a nice place in general, I would recommend trying it out if you haven't already! :slight_smile:

    Yeah, I hate Whole Foods but I like Trader Joes. Good stuff, pretty cool staff, and nice samples

    ^ Whole Foods deliberately overcharges and they know it.

    I love Trader Joe's. I shop there all the time. But come to think of it, I have never once used a bathroom there, so I have no idea if my local Trader Joe's has the same bathroom layout. I will have to check it out. Either way, I give them props for doing so.

    Plus, this was my first time seeing gender neutral bathrooms, so that's part of why I was so happy
