Quit meat?? Quit sarcasm?? Quit smoking??
Why not just quit being happy?
Those goals, although excellent, are a little too high for me to even consider.
    Good luck with it!

I resolved when I was 11 to not make a resolution, and I've stuck with that ever since.

    Stop swearing.
    Stop biting my nails.

This is the 6th year in a row I will be trying.

Hmmm...I don't know. Maybe stand behind my decisions instead of backing out all the time.

    Uh...
Stop falling for the guys who treat me like shit
Drink more... a lot more. I mean, I only have 6 more months of legal drinking left.

See... I don't have any good ones.

Good luck. I have tried to stop swearing so many times and it it lasts at most 2 or 3 days.
I'll do good for a while and then something happens at work and then bam out it comes. I've pretty much given up and just try to keep from using f**k so much.

I have 3 goals for next year.
    1. Quit suppressing my feelings.
    2. Lose weight, I think 50 lbs is a reasonable goal.
    3. Get on a regular exercise schedule.

The biggest one is to hold my nerve for one semester and finally finish my degree.
The other realy, really huge one is to finally come out to my parents - I'm trying to decide between coming out to them on New Year's Day or my 25th birthday (June 24 2009).
The smaller ones are to lose another 25lbs to bring me down to my goal weight of 145lbs and to run at least a half-marathon in 2009.
    I'd also love a girlfriend...

(*hug*) The final semester is the hardest one. I was just ready to say fuck it and walk away from the whole thing.

Come out to family (not dad)
    Become a swimmer/runner
    Become amazingly sexy
    Get a job
    Start drinking
    Avenge my virginity
Find someone to help me move on
Figure out what I want to do with the rest of my life.. since, of course, at this age that should be one of my main priorities.

    Be happy

do well on my SAT-it's gonna be on march omg-and also do well in school-my goal is valedictorian in my grade
    stay positive no matter what
not fight with my sister and parents about small stupid issues
be more confident and comfortable in my own skin

  16. I'd have plenty if I thought about it, but I wouldn't do them anyways. If I want to change myself, I don't need New Years to do it. That's my opinion on New Year's resolutions.

  19. Lol like Will Smith said, anything you can bother making a resolution for you probably should have been working on it 8 months ago. That's why I don't make them.
