    I have to go with Data from ST:TNG.

    If androids cross a kind of line, then I'd say Marvin from HHG2G.

    I guess I can't quite see having a crush on a robot.

    Bender and Data are good choices! Legion/EDI from Mass Effect? I love Legion. If the definition includes AI, then Cortana from Halo is great.
