So...I want to keep things interesting and not all "Samey" with my significant other, but I'm not sure what to talk about @.@

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for interesting conversation topics or ideas about things to talk about.

I don't think he'd be too impressed or thrilled with a cliched conversation like weather ^^"

He rather enjoys pointing cliches, so using one on him doesn't seem like the smartest idea X3

What does he like to talk about? Why not talk about that?

Of course, I'm the worst. I can get in a conversational rut and a half. If I'm not talking about ethics, I'm talking about hacking, and if I'm not talking about hacking, I'm talking about sex....

Ok how about his random pet peeves of other people, hobbies, totally random, non-cliche subjects?

    I'm hmm...

My issue is I'm either way overinvolved in a conversation or not involved at all, I have no middle ground or at least I'm terrible at it ^^"

I know he likes the video games, and we're both furries, and other stuff and things =P

I also know as I said earlier he enjoys pointing out plot cliches and tropes an awful lot ^-^

    Sounds great x3

I actually did come up with an idea actually.

I'm gonna start a call with him in a minute and try and talk him into singing for me =P

I know he's sung before publically ( the video quality wasn't so great though ^^" ) so I'm gonna have him sing the song lyrics I've been working on so I can hear his beautiful voice while also doing something productive. It's like a win-win scenario =P

We've talked about that before and hold a very similar view on the subject =P

The point was more encouragement and more humor, whatever the topics are, are appreciated. Laughter both heals and teaches...

I'm sounding like a damn hippy.

If all else fails, we could always bake cookies, sit in a circle, and talk about our feelings. Hand holding is optional, but the sing-a-long is not.

    =P
