That is indeed a majestic cake! My dream cake would either have to be a chocolate cake with strawberry butter creme filling and covered in chocolate ganache or a peanut butter flavored cake with chocolate butter creme frosting with toasted peanuts on the sides.
Chocolate cheesecake vwith three layers pf different chocolate with strawberries on top.... and lets be clear... everyone one knows you eat the strawberries last. So no funny biz!!

I like black forest cake (as seen in Portal) and have had it for birthdays several years. With cherries on top. Anything chocolate, really. I also fancy blue food in general, so any sort of blueberry flavored one would be magnificent (last year I had a TARDIS cake which was blueberry). Though if I were eating one with golgari? It would simply have to be green. Don't know what flavor that would be...
Probably my favourite in terms of taste is my white chocolate mud cake, topped with ganache made with a milk/dark chocolate mix. I made that for the first time several years ago and my dad's asked for it for his birthday every year since.
Maddy unless I'm mistaken your avatar is a cake so :lol: I'd bake it for you, it looks delicious If I wanted to be creative maybe I'll just decorate it with chocolate icing and fruits cut into sprinkle-sized pieces around the edges. Anyways, almost any cake is good cake imo
Ok so I would have a salted caramel fudge cake with caramel frosting, candy (MnMs and jelly snakes or something) all over it and also adorn the cake with miniature chocolate lava cakes. And why not put a dollop of cream on top of those...all aboard the obesity express!
What is really tasty is a cake where the cake itself is chocolate and the frosting has some mild hint of a citrus flavor, such as orange. The color also needs to be orange, at least to me. I wouldn't want a white frosting that surprisingly tastes like something else. On top, there could be other chocolate and fruit toppings, though not too much, since this sort of cake already packs a lot of flavor.
