I don't have too many bad ones, but I remember some good ones. I often hear music during sleep paralysis. I once heard a normally structured song with lyrics that actually made sense.
I only have sleep paralysis if I have an afternoon nap, but I never get them when I actually sleep. They were all pretty neutral for me. All I've ever heard were random sounds, but they never scared me. I guess I did have a positive experience with one of them. So there I was there not being able to move, hearing sounds, the normal things, but then I started to lucid dream, and I just did random things until I woke up. It was a pretty cool experience as far as my previous ones go, but it has yet to happen again.
