I'm curious to see how much of us have religious views (or none at all) and what they are/why!

I'm Episcopalian, because it's a very accepting church, and sticks closely to the fundamentals of Christianity, love and kindness.

I currently belong to a Christian minority denomination but am currently in the process of converting to Protestantism. My reason being I do not believe in any authority other than the Bible in directing my beliefs/actions that is in reference to a person, religious or cultural traditions, etc.

In saying that I do not judge other religious denominations to be wrong. I am pretty tolerant and I actually believe everybody would be saved come Judgement Day  My father's side of the family is Catholic, my Mother's is a Christian Minority. My bestfriend is Muslim. I beleive love, tolerance and acceptance of other's beliefs is the way to peaceful living

Not religious. BTW is it just me or are the poll results hidden for everyone? If so, why? What's the point of having a poll with no results ?

Non-religious. I used to identify as a Lutheran, but I have come more to accept that as a purely cultural source of my beliefs and personality, not an active faith.

God, an afterlife and even the concept of an eternal universe, let alone the eternal life of an individual human's consciousness, no longer appear to me something I can place my faith in. I have the greatest respect for those who believe, having chosen their faith willingly intelligently, but I am myself unable to do so. I haven't found my sexuality to have been a cause of my loss of faith. The existential atheists can claim that accomplishment, not the actions of any church itself. In any case, the church I belonged to has been very accepting and socially liberal for some years now.

Polls can have a hidden result until a certain date. Perhaps the OP has intended to leave open the freedom for people to vote for some time without feeling pressured by the results. But I cannot speak for him.

I'm Anglican: scripture - tradition - reason. I'm at the liberal/radical extreme of Anglicanism, so I put lots of emphasis on reason. I do respect the Bible, but I don't take it literally or elevate it to a false position. Some Christians might describe me as a heretic because I reject ideas like the virgin birth and Christ's atonement. I'm as far away from fundamentalism as you can get without walking away from Christianity.

I'm Christian based. I was raised into a Christian based family, although we've never been to church. I was raised believing in God, I was raised to believe heaven and hell.. etc. etc.

I'm non-religious, particularly atheist, coming from an Evangelical Christian background.

I just always was sort of skeptical of the Bible, as well as other religious texts, unsupportive of much of what organized religion stands for and does behind closed doors, and honestly, just meeting new people and getting new perspectives on things such as religion made me question my views, and I ended up leaning towards agnosticism and atheism for the last four years.

I was raised in a very christian environment, but it was never my cup of tea. I'd say I'm kind of an agnostic, although I identify mostly as a buddhist if I had to pick one.
Buddhism just makes the most sense to me, although I can respect that other religions make more sense to other people.

I'm agnostic, but I've always been intrigued with Buddhism.

Free thinker and omnist. I believe that every religion has a point. Then again, I have my favorites. I appreciate Christianity a lot, becomes it's homely to me, being raised in a historically (though now mostly secular) Christian culture. I like Islam because it allures me. I like mythology, especially Nordic mythology, including Icelandic mythology, because the stories are so beautiful and evocative. The religion I follow most closely is Taoism. I'm also reading up on chakra (from Hinduism), and I resonate a lot with Buddhism.

I guess I was Christian, but eventually my family wasn't much religious anymore. I don't really have a religious point of view on anything.

My religion is Arceuism. I believe in our Almighty Arceus, Creator of All! I also believe in the legendary dragons ruling over Time and Space and Reverse World. I pray to them

:stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: I am just kidding!

I believe in God and accept Christ as my Savior  I think Catholicism (I am raised a Catholic) isnt for me. I am still searching for the best Christian religion for me, tho I have I feeling that I dont need one because my relationship with God is getting better and better <3

Not religious, but I have no problem with religion itself as long as its followers don't force their views on others.

I'm agnostic or an atheist, raised Hindu.
I respected the religion, but I was skeptical of most of the texts and didn't agree with their values. I don't really believe in God though..
But I'm tolerant and respectful of religion
