Well I was trying to think of an actual conversation to start here since the only thing I've been participating in died, but it seems like all of my worldviews are the subject of heated debate which leaves me in the awkward position of having nothing to really contribute to this forum but chaos since I don't do well at mind numbing pointless conversations about movies and celebrities or how attractive people are...so umm...here are some drawings! Yeah...that's the best I can offer *sighs*
Good. Really good, in fact. A lot better than the last batch. I think my favorite has to be the Chimchar based on how it looks nice and crisp and has a decent bevel effect with the shine and shading, which they all have. Nicely done.
Yeah I just finished the shading lessons. The current batch of lessons is about Hatching. Unfortunately Eevee my favorite pokemon is my next draw, but because he's my favorite I'm getting really furstraited with how badly I'm doing at drawing him >.<
I like the Voltorb a lot! Nice work Do you draw these all up yourself or is there some sort of template? I'm curious now because that could be something fun to do, well as long as it isn't that difficult since other than painting warhammer models I'm not artistic. Either way, colour me impressed!

It gets you used to the shapes and how to color. Once you go up a few lessons though it replaces the template with some very basic shapes to work off of. Like it'll be a cirle for the head and a few other basic shapes for wings and body and that kinda thing. I've heard once you get to the more advanced classes you have to start drawing the basic shapes yourself. It's been doing a pretty good job of teaching me how to draw and going over different techniques. Like the one I'm doing now, Hatching, has been really interesting.
