4. Why do you participate on EC and what do you like about the other staff members? (Peter)

5. Lex, you have a real knack for analyzing someone’s situation and offering advice that is just right. What experiences in your life do you think have helped you develop this insight? (s5m1)

I noticed that Pubert wasn't listed but since he (once again) refused to appear in front of the camera, I thought it was intentional.
