I was just watching a bit of the British internet personality Ashens on YouTube, where he has a show where he usually reviews bootleg tat that's sent to him by his fans, among other things. I was inspired to make this thread for people to discuss their experiences with bootleg garbage. Personally, I only have a couple of experiences with it, like bootleg DVDs of the Dawn of the Dead remake and the anime Shin Megami Tensei, as well as a bootleg video game console or two. Nothing really special. I've heard of really weird bootlegs before though, such as a Chinese bootleg iPhone 5 that literally uses a radio antenna to get a signal.
