Just out of curiosity does anyone but me play hockey?

I don't play in a league but in winter I usually get together with friends and play at one of the outdoor rinks.

I've had plenty of chances to go this year but it's been pretty cold so I've chickened out. Now that the New Year is now here my job may slow down and hopefully it will warm up too.

Hockey is fucking sweet. but i don't play

i'm more of an observer of sports ... cept for surfing, if you consider that a sport. but yay , Hockey is awesome.

Surfing is a sport

I used to play outdoor hockey (keep in mind Aus doesn't have any ice rinks, only artificial ones), did a few tournaments when i was in school, but never found a team to play after school.

well of course it is in the great country of Australia... oh how I wish i lived there, someday, i'm sure of it. USA is all football and Baseball :/ lol but I like to watch them too. its just surfing is under recognized

Im more of a volleyball person.

Any ice sports count me out, I can't snowboard or ski. I fall, a LOT.

Oh its not really big here either, when you compare to AFL, Cricket, and Motorsport. Although AFL and cricket are both shit boring to watch and play! I'm sure surfing is fun!

I play hockey. I play on my high school team and occasionally a pick up game at the outdoor rink.

I wish I did...But I don't have equipment or anything. Plus, to join my school team you have to have lotsa money (it's not sponsered by my school or anything...)

Ice is by far the best though. I just play the other two to keep in shape.
