Do you ever round up your age?

I'm 19, but I often like to say I'm 20. Especially if I ask for advice on how to not look like a teen. If I say I'm 19 I'll get smartass answers about still being a teen. When I say I'm 20 I also get way less comments about being "super young". Even though 20 is only a year older. I only say I'm 20 online because I'm real life people can easily find out my real age.

Nope. I'm 24 and if people ask, I tell them I'm 24. I don't see the point in rounding up.

But for someone who's still a teen but considered a legal adult, can't blame you. There's something about being called "teenager" when you're old enough to vote that would probably bug me, too.

I say I'm fourteen a lot. Unless I am ordering from the children's menu. Then I am 12 years old.

Haha I personally don't have a reason to round up, but I do still order off the kids menu frequently

I feel old already, so I round it down.

In a joking manner, of course.

A few weeks before my birthday, I'll usually start saying I'm the age I'll be when my birthday comes. For example, in around mid December, I'll start saying 'I'm 18', because my birthday is the first week of January. It helps me get used to not mixing up the ages after my birthday.

LOL. That's the sign of good business potential...

As for me, not really. There's a certain point where, at least to me, my age stopped being so significant. This was my mid-20s.

Maybe this'll change when I'm older. I'm still young enough-sounding.

Nope. I'm 18 years old and living my nineteenth year right now - each birthday celebrates the end of a year's cycle - so I'd be cheating if I jumped about with my age.

More likely to round down these days with age as well as weight.

There's one thing that all guys round up on though...

No, liquor stores remind me I'm still 20.

Nah, not really. I would if that actually made me older though....

Usually about a month before my birthday, I tell people I'm a year older instead of waiting for my birthday. It makes sense, I mean technically, we're all a year older on January 1st.

Usually not, no. I might say that I'm nearly whatever age I'm turning next.

    When I was like 7, I thought 20 sounded really old. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I do round up to the next year, like I'm already saying I'm 27. But that's mostly because my birthday is right at the end of the year (12/30).
