A lot recently I have been curious of the lgbt people in my community. So occasionally I see two men or women together close to the same age or couple age, I tend to glance at them and see if there are any tells. I have never met another gay person in my life (atleast not openly) so I don't have this so called gaydar but in really want to meet someone like me. Anyone else?
Well, I've only met a few openly gay or bisexual people; and there weren't really "tells." I do suspect some of my classmates of being LGBT from how close they are with members of the same sex sometimes; but I'd rather not label someone without knowing their sexual orientation. But, Yeah. I understand the want to meet people like yourself; but I don't know of any way to be sure about someone's sexuality unless their open about it, sorry.
Yeah I am bad for imagining everyone as gay/lesbian/bi..etc.. I think it's because I don't know any non straight couples. I know a few kids at my school say they are gay/lesbian/bi..etc.. but only a few and I'm not very close with them.
I've just figured better safe not to assume until told otherwise. Unless I'm at an LGBT event, then all bets are off
