I got caught holding the door open for a crowd of people today, and as this big tough dude in walked through he nodded at me and said "why thank you very much". Which made me smile. Manners are the quickest way to my heart, apparently

 

I was able to find a bunch of textbooks really cheap. Oh god, if that makes me so happy I must be really cheap

I've seen myself on the home page a few times now

 

I smile like hell every time my cousin's son (3-4 months old) smiles at me every time I talk to him

 

Given how :***: :***: :***: textbooks cost, I think anyone in his or her right mind would be happy, if not ecstatic, to get good prices.

I was honestly wondering about how bad the prices were these days, so I recently looked at my old college's bookstore webpage. I was shocked to see how expensive books are. I'm pretty sure one German book I saw listed was--interestingly--descendant of a book I used. This book is now $272. :eek: I can't remember for sure how much I spent in 1989; however, I'm thinking $272 probably covered all the books I needed (even after adjusting for inflation).

 

I finished a few more of my character drawings today. :icon_bigg

Nah, that doesn't make you cheap, it makes you fiscally responsible. Textbook prices are murder.
