If you could have a power, what would it be and why

    I would want telekinesis because since I was around like 8-9, I had always been so fascinated with it. Hell me and a cousin went on the computer looking up telekinesis and printed papers, learning about it and tried to practice it lmao. I swear I thought I moved something but I didn't lol. I just think it would be cool to move things with my mind. Especially when I get comfortable and realize the remote control is on the other side of the room lol. I would just have to make sure I wouldn't let it get out of control like 'Carrie'(love that movie). :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    Simple powers: invisibility, and the power to not need sleep (is that a power?) It'll save me several hours in a day.

    Otherwise I want the power to make everything I touch just a little tiny bit happier. Eg if I touch my laptop, the next person who does will feel slightly happier (just a bit), and if I touch a book in the library, the next person who does might feel a little less anxious or upset. Something like that.

    Shapeshifting would be cool. I remember reading those Animorphs books as a kid, and out of all the stuff I've read that long ago, this stuck with me. I think it would be amazing to fly or turn into a sea creature, or just change my appearance.

    Probability manipulation. It sounds silly, but here's why because I explained this before.

    The odds on any given day that you will become a millionaire are at least one in a couple million, almost 0%. With said power, you can change those odds to suit your fancy.

    What are the chances of you waking up fluent in twenty languages tomorrow morning? 100%

    What are the chances of the mayor giving you a key to the city within the next six weeks? 100%

    What are the chances of you having the ability to control rats telepathically? 100%.

    What are the chances of you being elected as President in the upcoming 2016 election? 100%.

    It might be the best power ever.

    Super speed heck yeah. I would never be late for anything ever again (probably still will be). And I always wanted to run over water.

    I also think Shapeshifting would be pretty cool.

    Heroic Neon like in the InFamous series. Basically, I'd be able to run really fast, hover in air, shoot neon beams from my hands, and throw grenades that instantly incapacitate people.

    That is such a lovely power to want! Sorry, I just had to mention it because gosh. That's lovely.

    Mine is significantly less selfless, haha. Shapeshifting! It's been my answer to this question for most of my life (I think as a kid it used to be the power of wingless flight, haha). It's such a versatile power.

    I'd never have to worry about clothes not fitting me right, because I could fit the clothes. No regrets over not choosing flight, because I can just sprout a pair of wings. I would be the king of Halloween. I'd never have to lament my inability to reach things on high shelves ever again - zoop, I'm 6 foot tall. (Endless free taster snacks because I could just come back to the shop looking like a different person. Am I bad for wanting to do this?)

    And I could make my body look whatever which-way I want to, which would solve so many problems when it comes to the whole gender thing. That would be nice, too.
