I'm sure gays and lesbians hate opposite gender's body... But I heard gay men say female body looks childish and lesbians say male body is too plain

    Any opinions or input?

I don't hate the bodies of my opposite gender no matter how sure you are that I do. I'm confused by this entire thread, to be honest. Plus it excludes biexual people from the LGBT community. Why would bisexuals hate the bodies of the opposite gender/sex?

My troll-sense is tingling something fierce here, but I'll bite.

I've heard people, in an attempt to overcompensate themselves, for whatever reason, trash talk the opposite gender/sex, to let the world know "I'M SUPER [insert sexuality here]!" or to shake off suspicion they may not be what they are, and feel ashamed to be 'proving a stereotype or statistic', so they go all out to appear secure but really, they're cracking. I've also heard folks say "Ew, gross!" like a child or being immature. But I have also seen and heard folks joke about each other's bodies, too, without any malicious intent.

That said, being transgender, I find the typical female body appealing. Which makes sense, it's what I'd like, for myself, and to be seen with. I suspect most trans-folk are going to give, if they do, the more interesting and insightful answers.

    But just in case...

Nah. I have no sexual attraction to women, but I like the look of a fit and toned body, regardless of biological sec.

I think women and their bodies can be beautiful. Aside from Jennifer Lawrence, though, I'm not romantically or sexually attracted to women.

I have no sexual attraction to men but I don't dislike them or their body in anyway. In fact I've often found myself being very jealous of their bodies (especially toned males) since sometimes I feel wrong in a female body.

Just I feel more comfortable with it when I'm with a girl that makes me feel good about myself.

I don't think I hate them. Hate is a strong word. I hope you meant something else with this thread, in which case I suggest you rephrase yourself

I wouldn't say I hate female genitalia, but I don't find it aesthetically pleasing.

Even when I thought I was exclusively attracted to women (which still might be the case...who knows, anyways I digress), I still found plenty of men handsome and easy on the eye whether or not there was any sexual or physical attraction.
I think as always there's a spectrum to how gay men/lesbians feel about the gender/sex they're not attracted to.

I don't hate the female body.. I'm indifferent. No opinion. Whenever I've seen a naked woman, my reaction has always been the same - 'so what? It's just boobies and a vagina'.

I think the OP is only making that assertion about gays and lesbians. But they leave the opinion question open to all people (I don't see that they're excluding us from anything but certain hatred).

But yeah, as Kaiser says, it does sound a bit trollish to hypothesize that anyone *hates* anything...let alone half the population's bodies.

But since the OP *doesn't* exclude bisexuals from commenting on "opinions of opposite sex bodies", I'll add that I find many male bodies extremely hot. Penises are one of those things that can be very awkward, but also have a serious purpose...so they can be anything from silly-looking to "wow *flushes*" (and that can have nothing to do with level of erection...just aesthetics). In terms of chest, an in-shape (not necessarily absolutely ripped) male chest can be quite sexy...what it doesn't have it's not supposed to have, so that's cool with me. The stereotypical lack of ass is...strange, but fine. And facial hair can *make* a man's appearance, or ruin it...but in either case, it's damned uncomfortable. Far from "plain" in any case.

I think my Kinsey 4-ness has a lot more to do with personality/chemistry than it does with physicality.

Personally, I think the human body is a work of art and should be appreciated as such, whether or not one finds certain ones attractive.

I definitely don't hate male bodies, I find some of them quite nice to look at. The male genitals in particular do put me off. But aside from that area a well-sculpted male body is quite like, well, a well-sculpted Greek statue. There is a reason those artists focused on the human form, as AwesomGaytheist said, it is something of a work of art.

I don't "hate" female bodies, I just don't feel sexually attracted to them. But I can tell if they're gorgeous.
