    I actually listen to Vocaloids since I don't really mind the emotions in the singers when the song is good, and I really like their style (the song's).
    I like every genre and my favoruite instrumental band is Caravan Palace, they do steampunk music.
    I don't like only rap and hip-hop.

    Country & Western and its sub genres (e.g. Folk, bluegrass, Texas country, Red Dirt country, modern country).

    That's about it. I do enjoy a few pop songs like those from Phillip Phillips, but don't really pay much attention to the genre.

    A few people
    It's easier to list the ones I don't listen to: country, 98% of rap/hip-hop, and anything that sounds like it belongs on a US Top 40 list.

    Other than those three genres, I can listen to anything. I'll go from listening to Pantera one minute, to Mozart the next minute, to Rise Against after that. I listen to whatever sounds good to me.

    I bet you like Corb Lund. I like "The Truck Got Stuck." Quite funny especially how they used the canola seeds for traction (so Canadian :lol:slight_smile:.

    My favourite stuff is Japanese rock. Most of it is pop-rock (e.g. Scandal) or something punky or alternative (e.g. Number Girl)
    I like some alt and indie rock like Muse, Kasabian etc.
    I like a decent pop song that either has great emotional value or is really damn good to dance to.
    I listen to trance while studying.
    Some classical music can get me emotionally.
    My favourite singers generally female but I listen to plenty of male ones cos rock is full of them.
    Basically I like anything good but I have a preference for rock.

    I'm a little of everything, i like classical (upto the romantic period). Rock upto 80's glam rock, alternative upto the end of the 90's. Jazz upto the 1970's (no modern jazz or Norah Jones please), Blues upto the 70's, country upto the 70's, pop upto the 70's. Early Reggae and ska (think Toots and the Maytals, forget all that dancehall nonsense and reggaeton). Classic latino and salsa.
