Some of you might know that I'm currently learning Japanese - well, today, my Japanese teacher told me about a scholarship program to spend 5 weeks with a Japanese family, all paid for by the Japanese government, to foster understanding between Japan and the EU.

I've looked at all the details and although it's a rigorous application process, I think I have a decent chance to get a place. I've been obsessed with Japan since forever and this oppurtunity is like a dream come true, and I know it would improve my Japanese so much.

I'm just so excited at this possibility! I never thought this would happen to me!

I want all of you to share my hope and excitement
