I was considering coming out today and asking people to call me by male pronouns but I'm not really sure how to go about it. I was thinking instead, maybe say something in support of those that are coming out and maybe leave something like this along with it.
Was planning to come out to my sister, but I get the feeling she knows anyway. I came out in my "interested in" section on Facebook yesterday, if that counts? I mean I think there's this big misconception that you have to come out of the closet to someone today, but you don't. It's really just about celebrating those who have come out and how far we've come. So I think I'm gonna binge watch gay themed songs/films/videos today. Although I tend to do that a lot anyway. But at least I have an excuse to now!
I did. I posted a "Lets get one thing Straight, I'm Not" image on Facebook for anyone who didn't know.
I would come out to everyone I know with a big "Fuck You!" to the world, if I didn't live in a transphobic environment and wouldn't get beat or harassed by my community.
