Are there any Uni/colleges with great creative writing programs? With low tuition preferably?? If I could choose any university at all to go to I would choose University of British Columbia, but Canadian schools have crazy high tuition for international students. I'm sure it goes the same for Universities in US. Right now I live in South Korea. I want to major in English creative writing but the English program in S Korean universities isn't good enough for me. I don't even feel connected to said home country of mine.
