It must be such a stressful job...he really tried as president (even if we all hate him ). I hear he's a really awesome guy in person, just not with politics .
lol i know! bush became a grandpa in 8 years-i guess being a president stresses a lot-which is quite understandable. 5days to go until bush leaves the office!
i think he is-i think he's a really easy going guy...idk well he's certainly better than dick cheney-that guy is a serious asshole -_-
Bush seems like the kind of person you would sit out on the porch and have a drink with. Cheney IS the kind of person everyone is afraid of and would not want to be left alone in a room with.
People hate him now. But I have a feeling that history will shine an amiable light on him. I think he had the toughest bout of presidency since WWII. And even then, people WANTED to go to war when they were attacked. I guess the states have softened up a bit.
I wouldn't be surprised either if history reffers to him as the likeable president who was in way over his head.

It seems to me that plenty of Presidents are hated in their day, but much liked/appreciated later. Example: Lincoln. Some people hated him enough to kill him, but he's one of our most beloved and remembered Presidents now.
