    Figured I would start a what are you thinking thread here for your random thoughts on the holidays and Christmas. Only difference between this and the chit chat thread is your post must be somewhat holiday related.....

    Anyone else have to travel for Thanksgiving? I have to travel twice. Can't wait for all of the slow traffic and my dad screaming at the cars in front of him.

    I am having a pretty hard time with even getting the slightest bit excited about the holidays this year. Even less so than the past few years. I am reluctant to visit my family. The only family I would like to see is my sister.

    I wish I could get in the mood and be happy.

    My favorite holiday (Thanksgiving) is coming up REALLY soon. I kind of don't want it to ever come, because once it does, it'll be over and I have to wait another year. ><

    I feel bad for people who have birthday near Christmas. Their relatives can go, "Oh, here, it's your birthday and Christmas gift!"

    Now I ask anyone born near Christmas: did this ever happen to you?

    Thank god I was born in June. I'm safe from that.

    Like, Christmas is already so close? My results are coming in in less then a month? This is happening way too quickly! Plus, it's the first year I wanna spend Christmas with my friends-but I can't, cuz I'm overseas for Christmas :frowning2:

    The year just...went by, really. It's going too quickly.
