I think it's so easy to think about the bad when it comes to the world and the rights that the LGBT community lack. Reply what you're thankful for: LGBT related or just in general. Maybe make it relevant to the current year? LGBT Related: I'm thankful for HRC, the allies and everyone on the supreme court to end marriage discrimination in the United States. Personal: Friends that are there for me and care about my wellbeing even when it's not the most convinent thing for them. Also shout out to my home boys in the EC chat who always listen to my rants (you know who you are). Even if you don't live in the United States, take some time to reflect on the good in the world? Maybe share a moment that made you aww??
I'm thankful for marriage equality over here in the USA (finally), my dog, my web friends and being alive (because that's pretty good, right?).
I'm thankful for my friends and for the support that I get. I'm also thankful that I have learned from a lot of the hard times I've been through.
I'm thankful that i live in a country with marriage equality and a state where I usually feel safe and welcome being myself. Thankful that my family's coming around, that I've got my animals, and that I have a job I like. I'm in pretty decent health (for the most part) and I have a boyfriend who puts up with me (lol). I'm also happy to be at a point in my life where I can have a savings account and afford to give waiters and waitresses a nice tip
I'm thankful for myself and how much of a awesome person I've become. And the sheltered life I have at the moment. Especially the amazing meal I'm gonna have later. LOL
Hello, I didn't watch all of it, but that was really sweet. Not sure why the parent's opened it, but still, awesome. I'd be cool to do something like this in UK. Good things? Quite honestly that's the best thing in a while. Oh, and my parents helped me pay for a festival I wanted to go to [I paid the festival, they paid the travel and hotel I wasn't even thinking about when I booked it]
I'm thankful for my boyfriend (OHBOYTHECHEESE). He's made me the happiest I've ever been. Even though we rarely see each other, it fills me with so much joy that I know he loves me, and god do I love him. I'm also thankful that my direct family accepts me as much as they do.
ii'm thankful for my son who has turned into amazing man ~ my FB & EC friends~marriage equality...ect
My friends~~ my friends have kept me from the brink, they've listened to my rants and rambles, they've supported my decisions~ without them, even the ones who are no longer in my life, I wouldn't be where I am today <3
This year was nice. I finally found a job, ditched a few toxic people, started learning German, sorted out some of my health problems. I'm not satisfied, though.
