    Anyone have any superstitions/superstitious habits? For instance, if I'm super anxious or upset about something, every time I walk through a doorway, I knock on the top of the frame.

    Now that you all know I'm insane, tell everyone how crazy you are!

    I can't sleep in a room with an uncovered mirror. I'll put a towel or something over it so that I can sleep properly

    I'm quite superstitious ;.; My biggest ones are not opening umbrellas indoors (why do people do this at all??) and knocking on wood~ I also have lucky and unlucky numbers and usually do things according to those numbers~ Like, 7 pumps of shampoo (I have a lot of hair, haha) but I got a new bottle which pumps a lot, so now it's 5 pumps, but it makes me feel a little anxious ;.;

    But, now I really sound insane @.@;;;;

    I don't know if this is superstition, but I have to do so many things by numbers. For instance, in college, I have to walk up the stairs two steps at a time, and I count my steps and start again once I reach a new flight of stairs. My bookshelf is separated into nine squares, and I can't have one book alone in a square.

    I can't walk under a ladder.

    I get extremely anxious when I see one Magpie.

    I'm absolutely terrified of the number thirteen (this is only recent too. I can barely type the number).

    I can't open umbrellas indoors.

    No shoes on the table.

    I can't step on cracks either.

    When I see someone jaywalking, I whisper 'be careful' under my breath. Not to warn them, or to relieve my anxiety for them, but because I am temporarily bolstering their safe passage with my own will by taking their life into consideration.
