Hi, I'm just recently out of a relationship of almost a year about two or three weeks ago and I've already met someone that I would like to go out with again. The problem is I don't know what the socially acceptable time is to wait between relationships. Normally I wouldn't care I just don't want to seem like I just jump from one relation to the next and I just do it for the status. Thanks for any input you give. -A
There is no socially acceptable amount of time. For some people a few days is a healthy amount of time, for others it's months or even years. If you feel emotionally ready to move on, go for it.
