I was shocked. I so did not know that Dana was going to die. She was actually one of my favorites since I had started watching The L Word a few months back. I honestly can't believe that I am almost done with season four but I am still shocked and sad that she had died. I truly thought she was going to pull through. How did you guys feel?
Aww~ (*hug*) I didn't care too much because she wasn't one of the characters I liked... I was pretty surprised, though, and I really felt bad for Alice (one of my faves)... I swear, she always gets it so rough in that show... ;.; But, things do get better for her~ If you're upset about it... get some tissues ready because they really play it up for the next season or so~ ;.;
^ I agree with you 100%. Dana was not my favourite but I felt so bad for Alice! Watching her fall apart when she found out was heartbreaking Btw, Alice was my favourite.
I liked Dana but suspected she was going to die. Didn't they say Erin Daniels was leaving the show or something? The show jumped the shark in season 4, IMO. Alice and Dana were such a great couple; I never thought Alice and Tasha made any sense.
No. Ilene Chaiken told Erin Daniels that Dana was going to die before they started filming the third season.
i never really cared for Dana. i was sad at how hard everyone of her friends took her death. i think it was great tho that they covered that very serious subject.
I knew she was going to die as I'd read it before watching. So I kind of didn't care. Also Dana and Alice were never my fave characters esp not Dana so I didn't really care. Although the episode where Dana hooked up with her crazy tennis PR woman and then got into a relationship with her and no-one else liked her afterwards was all quite funny.
Yeah anyway! We always have to remember that people may not have seen shows when they aired and might be seeing them for the first time through streaming.
