there must be a thread like this already started somewhere on here, but I don't feel like looking for it. anyway, I can never decide what I want to eat and usually end up being a few hours late for my meals, missing them completely, or having a totally lopsided meal. For instance, I'm having lettuce right off the head now, literally. :icon_sad:

so yeah, I need some food ideas. what are your fav foods?

For something quick & easy I make Chicken alfredo with pasta & broccoli.
Or eat cereal. It's quick & healthy.

    Breakfast:
Unsweetened muesli (50% fruit/nuts/seeds) with low fat soy milk and low fat yoghurt. (Plus a couple of pieces of fruit, a large glass of orange juice + soda water, followed by a mug of espresso coffee). Yum.

    Lunch:
Likely something like roasted vegetables on turkish bread - plus another coffee (+ a glass of water).

    Dinner:
Could be anything - but mainly healthy and nutricious. I eat heaps of Vegies, quite a lot of rice & pasta. I love Thai & Vietnamese food. If I'm cooking for myself it's usually simple but tasty/healthy. I don't eat a lot of red meat (about the only red meat I cook at home is Kangaroo...97% fat free) plus regular amounts of fish and some chicken.

Oh - I do have weaknesses for cheese, chocolate and ice cream...*insert guilty smiley here*
Ummm...and a good beer...(but if you looked at the avatar, you probably guessed that already)....

My favourite food ever has to be my grandmother's roast lamb.
But I do love good cheese. And peanut butter Kit Kats

In terms of what I cook myself - chili, Thai green curries, stirfries, lasagne, steak sandwiches and lots more (any roast meat is good too - I'm a carnivore!). I also love fresh pineapple and mango.

I've also got a soft spot for Green and Black's chocolate (particularly Maya Gold), Haagen-Dazs Pralines and Cream ice cream and Jaffa Cakes.

But, that's not quick or easy. XD
If I'm going for quick, I love yogurt, and nachos.
    Nachos are good.
    And grilled cheese.
