So, my school is allowing the art comity to do a murale on one of the wall and we chose, after several demands, to do one representing the LGBT+ comunity. Murales arent really what we normaly do so were in a bit of a rut right now  We have some ideas but not really enough. Enough of exposition, the title says it all, if anyone has suggestions for the murales, it would be greatly appreciated
You could do a wavey rainbow and have the notes to "Follow every rainbow until you find your dream" [Rodgers and Hammerstein, Climb every Mountain, Sound of Music] and then have all the different types of LGBT+ [there's about 30] surrounding it. I love Sound of Music and anything Julie Andrews so ...
You forgot more glitter! Ok, I'm serious now. Maybe you could do a bunch of different flags? Like the gay flag, bi flag, pan flag, ace flag, trans flag, and so on.
Could do something that incorporates all the different colours and symbols of the LGBT community. Or something. I'm not an artist......
I recently did this project for a graphic design class. Maybe something like that, but with more rainbows and stuff and have the people be LGBT+ or wearing pride-like things? Maybe write more than just "Love for All" like you could write different orientations all over the mural too. Hope this helps! And good luck! I'm sure whatever you guys do will be cool
I think it would be cool to show people of all different ages, walks of life, religious backgrounds to show that the LGBT community is inclusive. Maybe have one or two of them carrying a rainbow flag or maybe one of the other flags representing parts of the community.
perphaps you could draw several hands overlaying each other in a circle, and paint each hand a different flag for each sexuality 9i.e. the gay flag, the bi flag, trans flag, etc.)
