To Gay Guys/Lesbians...

After a topic in chat came up, I'm starting to wonder: (Poll)

Gay Guys:

Are you attracted to guys in general, or Masculinity? What I mean by Masculinity is: if there was a very "butchy" girl, would you consider dating her?

Gay Girls:

Are you attracted to girls period, or femininity? As I said, if there was a very girly guy, would you consider dating him?


It came up after I realized that if there was a very masculine girl, I probably would consider going out with her, if she wanted. (Naturally, meaning she was a Tomboy :P)

I am attracted to more feminine women, but like above, I would rather date a masculine woman than a man, or a transgender male. Even the most feminine of men have a male brain!!!

I like guys as a general rule, but I don't like the hyper-femme stereotype. Hand flips, makeup of any kind, tight pants, lispy and whiny voices, fashion and Britney...not my thing at all. But neutral guys, not leaning really far towards either side, I'm fine with.

I'm attracted to femininity. I love being a female and I want to be with a female that loves being a female. I don't date girls who dress or act like guys. As far as guys go, a little androgeny is always good. <3

When I first noticed that I preferred the more masculine guys, I wondered whether I could be attracted to a really masculine girl. So, I tried to find one. No luck. Although. . . there was that one kid, and none of us could tell if it was a guy or a girl. Very androgynous. Pretty cute, though.

Guys in general. I'd say masculinity because I do often get attracted to the hetero boys BUT the one girl I've found to consistently turn me on is a short BEAUTIFUL blonde.

I like girls. That's about it. I do prefer butch or andro girls over femme girls, especially super femme girls. I don't like make up... I do occasionally think the odd guy (by odd I mean the rare guy, not a crazy guy, lol) who from the back can be mistaken for a girl... Probably because at first I think they are, =p.

i put guys in general. I don't find masculine girls attractive. In guys i like 'pretty boys' (as a female friend of mine put it lol). So i don't like overtly masculine guys- eg really muscly and hairy. I like them to be a bit feminine, and pretty rather than handsome i guess you could say.

Equally tho i get really annoyed by over the top camp hehe

I like guys in general, and I prefer feminine looking guys not muscle heads, as for personality ill go for masculine or feminine
