I have noticed recently that I really hate looking at myself in the mirror because I don't feel like the person who looks back. This has made me really start to question things about myself thus I have been spending a lot of time thinking about things. What do you all do when you really need to think things through? I could use the suggestions.:help:
I do one of several things. Go for a walk, write, play music, hit the gym, LISTEN to music, read. Anything you find relaxing that allows you to clear your mind. Meditation is a good way to start.
