but then they arnt really swear word. i myself dont care about swear words because i ignore them but i would say the worst would be insults about family because the person is inlvolving people who arnt involvued

I consider "goddamn" to be really bad, so I never say it.

Also, the word "fuck" is used way too often. The other day I overheard a guy telling his friend, "So I was at this fucking party..." Who starts a description like that? You have to establish that the party sucks before using "fucking" as an adjective! For example: "So I was at this stupid fucking party" or something like that. Another more appropriate alteration: "So I was at this party. It fucking sucked."

Aussies are renowned for that here in the uk lol,when we do stereotypes we say 'bloody' everyother word

i use the F word a fair amount as with Sh*t

For me i never say the C word. I save it for when something is serioulsy bad. People use the other words so much they lose effect so i save that so that people know if im using it something is seriosly up lol

most words don't bother me but i choose not to use the N or C word because they strongly offend people nor do i use "Jesus" because my mom would throw a fit and because even though hes not my savior he is someone elses and shouldn't be disrespected in such a way. stuff like the F n S and all the little ones are just words to me, mostly meaningless.

I think that these days in my generation swearing has lost most of its shock value and effect. Like I think if someone said to me;
"f**k off you fat c**t"
it'd have a similar or equal effect as;
"get lost you fat cow"
It's the tone you say it with and if you really mean it that counts in my opinion. Neither sentance is nice and thats the point.

I think the N word is the worst cause its not really a "swear" word its a racial insult and it's just wrong.

Makes sense. Wanker still makes me laugh. I think i would just call them a dick or a prick though. I never use the N word. Or the C for that matter. They are just really offensive. I actually don't even think them.

Worst as in what do I use the most, or as in which word is the "worst" one?

1: I don't use wanker, bastard, or n*gger...almost ever. The others, and other words, are fair game.

2: No such thing. I still don't understand how we decided that certain words were "bad" words. Like shit and poo, I don't get how one is less crude than the other. Or how you can refer to sex all you want, but fuck is off limits. As words, as letters on a page, they mean nothing.

Most of these words are used so often that they carry little meaning, I say fuck and bastard all the time, but never as an insult to anyone, just to emphasise something or to express my anger or irritation at something.

Even the C word is thrown about a lot, but often (especially in Scotland) it isn't meant to be offensive, for example, 'he's a jammy c***' is actually something of a compliment. But the n word is completely unacceptable

i dont consider the N word a swear word its just derrogatory
