Hello everyone I'm back and ready to start threads again.
So I promised I'd do an update on tulpas and to be honest it's a lot harder than it sounds on how to create one. I set the limitations and rules for my tulpa and I had to do a lot of visualization and talking to my tulpa out loud which freaked out my parents.

After I dismissed my tulpa I felt kinda sad because it was like I lost a baby in a way. But enough of the sad stuff, eh? How was everyone's weekend. I might do a new thread about anima and animus, the hidden female and male unconscious. In the unconscious of a man, this archetype finds expression as a feminine inner personality: anima; equivalently, in the unconscious of a woman it is expressed as a masculine inner personality: animus.

I read about them on Reddit, and I considered making a tulpa (insane curiosity FTW)! I decided against it because I was 99% certain I'd get bored too quickly and dismiss the poor little thing. I feel more secure making servitors because it can be more impersonal

This still sounds scary to me. I don't know what it is, but something about the whole tulpa thing is very unsettling.

What's a tulpa? Everything I know about that is from supernatural and i'm kinda getting the feeling that we're not talking about the same thing...

So a tulpa is an imaginary friend?
