Well, egg white is ok. But i want recipes with dont require eagg yolk or butter. I want to learn to cook a few tasty desserts and i want them to become memorable...but i have to avoid egg and butter as much as possible.

Priority for suggestions goes like this from more desirable to less desirable

1- no egg yolk and no butter
2- only a little of one
3- only a normal amount of one of them
    4- moderate amounts of both

    Thanks in advance

Have you tried googling it or going onto somewhere like All Recipes?

Probably fruit salad and sherbet are a solid choice.

Do you also want to specifically avoid milk (butter comes from milk fat)?

Well, there is this really easy pumpkin brownie recipe I know that's actually pretty good. No egg or butter. I'm not sure how easily you can get pumpkin puree this time of the year, but if you can, you definitely should go for it. I found the recipe online and I followed these instructions. I'll try to convert to metric units...

1 box (18.3 oz) (520 grams?) Immaculate Baking Brownie Scratch Baking Mix (or any similar sized box from another brand). I'd say other types of brownie mixes can work, but this is just the one from the original source. I used a regular make-it-yourself brownie mix (the kind you would buy at a super-market) but replaced all the egg, milk, etc. products with the pumpkin puree. It worked really well.

1 can (15 oz.) (425 grams?) pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling!)

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch (about 23x33-centimeter, but exact size doesn't matter) baking dish with parchment paper or non-stick cooking spray.

    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix and pumpkin puree with an electric mix on medium speed until well combined. (It's important that it's as well combined as you can get it). Pour the batter into a prepared pan; smooth and spread with a spatula.

    3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until completely set. Allow to cool before cutting.

You can probably buy pumpkin puree in a can, or you can make it yourself if you follow some easy online tutorials. I made it myself and it worked out really well. Everyone who I shared them with really liked them.

Chocolate mousse made with egg white (no yolk). Ingredients: Chocolate, double cream, caster sugar, egg white. Can also add chocolate shavings and amaretto.

Have a look here: 4-minute Chocolate Mousse

You can get some fruit, soak it in sugar in the fridge for a while,
After that, drizzle melted chocolate over it and potentially some custard or cream.
Also banana split you can make quite fancy, if you use a good ice cream, nuts, drizzled chocolate.
Also for cakes and things, you can substitute butter for oil and buy fake egg powder that'd designed for people allergic to eggs.

Fruit jelly. Peel and cut fruits to a bowl. On top add juice with either gelatin or pectin.
