I don't think any talent could be lost. Kinda like having an old friend, you might not see each other as often as you used to but that doesn't mean you aren't friends anymore.

I feel your pain. I was an amazing drawer as a child too, but I got overdhadowed by my younger sister, now she's considered the "artist" in the family. I still draw from time to time though, but not as good as before...

I use to spend all my time drawing, writing, and acting out scenes from books in the privacy of my room.

They my dad told me to focus on real subjects and stop being a child.

I'd have to say soccer. Know when I try to the ball I try to kick it and instead skip it. See it rhymes. "Kick it, but then skip it" -NonsenseSpeaker

I lost no talents, cause it be so hard to lose dem talents. Maybe cricket was my lost talent, as a little kid I was the only one who bowled properly than I started to suck.

Sure having some artistic ability is seen as a talent but it takes a HELL OF A LOT OF PRACTICE. No one just starts out being an amazing artist. I mean it's taken me close to 8 years to get to where I am now and I still have a lot to learn. It takes time, patience and the willingness to spend hours perfecting your craft even though you might suck at it in the beginning. You still have time to work it out if you're interested in it.

I guess my lost talent would be playing the violin. I spent 4.5 years playing and haven't played it since 9th grade.

I'm actually very athletic and was especially at gymnastics, but I didn't have anywhere to practice when I was small. And when they finally built a place I was too scared to start since everyone was younger and better than me.
Only thing I do now is swim and practice jamskating very little during summer.

Just a few years ago, I was coming up with so many ideas to write. I could freely write anything without hesitation. But unfortunately, school got in the way, I was too busy to read again. Leading to the inability (well, for most part) to freely express my ideas in writing.

I used to be able to write poetry very well, but I can't for shit anymore. In the past three years, I have only written one good poem. Its sad, but I still write fiction pretty well in my opinion (I sound narcissistic)

I used to play piano, haven't played in years. But I could probably pick out something simple if I had to, and I can still read music pretty well.

Ugh, this :frowning2: I used to read and write sooo much, and then I started getting in trouble for not doing something "productive". At least with drawing I can still doodle on my notes...

I... used to animate. It wasn't great, but it was quite fun back in the day. I can't really animate anything but spritework anymore, little pixelated characters are easier than full fledged animation I suppose.

Also, my voice acting was terrible but I had nobody else to help.

Similar to many - I was good at drawing when I was a kid but I got bored of it and now I'm not very good.. or at least I don't think I am. I used to draw all sorts - people, landscapes, skylines, cartoon characters.

Maybe I should get back into it..
