Favorite Meat

And your first answer is!.....I'm a vegetarian ^_~,

 

However, I do love sushi, and I can cook a mean salmon! (I mean it! I'm not exaggerating when I say I make the best salmon you've EVER tasted. Zero fish flavor, instead it's got more of a lemon zest/mellow basil flavor to it. It's intense, and I've never had someone who's tried it say they don't like it)

 

Chicken.

Though bacon and a lot of other meats are awesome too

 

Straight up chicken...particulary chicken leg

 

I mean, out of that list I go with beef.

My actual favorite meat is buffalo, though.

 

Depends on how you cook it and which part of the meat. Fish meat, tho, is my least favorite.

 

Well-cooked beef steak (and, by "well-cooked" I mean "medium rare").

Not dry chicken (slow-cooked barbecue chicken is delicious).

Ham/bacon (pork)

Venison.

Buffalo.

Quail and pheasant.

Fish and shellfish: (under 10) scallops, lobster, halibut, mahi mahi, tuna steak, Chilean sea bass, fresh wild salmon (Copper River salmon is good), Texas gulf shrimp, black cod. Also: screw tilapia.

Alligator.

Rattlesnake.

I strangely love grilled chicken; if you give me a little balsamic with it, I could eat it all the time.
I also love a good steak.

 

I is vegetarian lol

 

I like the kind danglin' between my legs best!

But to answer the question, I became a vegetarian, who will once in a while eat sustainably raised seafood.

So right now, I love clams.

When I did eat meat, I tended to only eat bison, fish and duck here and again; venison was nice, and also, pork.

But no more mammals for me...

I like chicken the best, probably. Rotisserie, barbecue, wings, whatever! Though I crave a bloody steak every now and then.

Fish. I try not to eat too much meat because it makes my insides hurt and the digestion process isn't very pleasant. Fish and chicken are the only kinds of meat I will eat. I'd like to transition into becoming a vegetarian and then to full vegan. However, it's very difficult when your culture's food is made up of lots of meat related dishes. There aren't a lot of meat free items on the menu and I don't know if I'd be willing to cut it out of my life entirely.
