I finally got my braces off after 4 years of having them. It was a bit sore at times getting them off but not as bad as I thought it would be. My mouth feels so weird and slimy but that's normal and it will go away. I'm so delighted! Good Luck to any other people with braces, Gay1234
Spent 18 months with them on high-school, totally worth it. I didn't notice much of a difference back then, but nowadays it's common for people to remark on my "perfect teeth." Yay for that. Congrats on making it through 4 whole years with that torture device. I know it wasn't always easy, or painless...
I wore the typical braces for 5 years and before that other weird crap including a full headset thing for 2 and a half years so I feel you in terms of being glad to get them off :lol: Congrats, braces brother!
Thanks guys , I know I saw a photo of my teeth before I got the braces and they were so crooked and I used to be cursing the braces but now I know that they are worth it
Congratulations. I get mine in like late August and ill have them on for probably 2 and a half years. It looks like I'm just beginning.
Congrats! I have 'perfect teeth' but a half overbite which is an overbite but very small. So pretty much no one notices it except for x-rays lol.
I had them for four years. I got my retainers today and I have to wear them aswell as a wire behind my teeth for the rest of my life if I want my teeth to stay straight.
Ayy, I'm really happy for you! Congrats! I bet it feels great to have straight teeth though. I got mine tightened yesterday and found out that the bottom is perfect and we're just waiting for a gap in the top to be closed up (elastics are the bane of my life). So I should get mine off in 2.5 months or even 1.5 if I'm lucky.
