How comfortable are you sleeping on a floor?

  1. Extremely uncomfortable. You'd have to pay me to do it.

Just randomly curious. I ask because, for whatever reason, I'm oftentimes more comfortable sleeping on hard floors than I am on beds. I'll often prefer a recliner, as well.

Any other people that are perfectly good with a floor and don't know why? Just to keep it even with beds let's say that you do also get a blanket and a pillow.

I can make myself quite comfortable on the floor, but I don't think I'll pass up a bed for a night on the floor. Lol

Recently, I thought I'd be fine sleeping on the floor in a thin sleeping bag.

    ... I thought wrong.

I enjoy my Sealy Posturepedic mattress a bit too much. That said, I find sleeping on sofas very comfortable, especially if the AC is cranked up and I have a blanket.

As for the floor, I don't find it too comfortable, but I've slept on the floor on ocassion (e.g. when I was younger and Hurricane Rita hit my family from Houston evacuated to our house and I slept on the floor for a week).

Well I would prefer sleeping on the floor sometimes, normally it depends on the situation for me.

I haven't been sleeping on the floor since I was in the army. I really prefer my bed

    Cute! ^-^

I don't like soft mattresses. I like hard mattresses. The floor is fine as well. Only problem is it can get really cold.

Sometimes, I need something soft though and I don't like being that low down.

I use to sleep on my bedroom floor a lot but its carpet and a rug. I've had to sleep on wooden floor too and it was very uncomfortable and I had aches for days. Depends on the kind of floor.

If it's carpeted it's not so bad. It takes me a while to fall asleep as it is though, I don't think sleeping on the floor would make it better :frowning2:

Generally very uncomfortable. Any time I crashed on the floor, I could expect to be sore for two days--even on carpeted floors.

I've slept on the floor in sleeping bags through my youth. I'm now getting too old for that. But it doesn't bother me at all.

I feel rather indifferent towards sleeping on the floor. I'd rather sleep on a bed but it's not intolerable.

I like sleeping on the floor, in a corner or balled up near furniture. I am a strange person honestly.

When I was young I slept on the floor all the time in the summer in my parents room because it was the only room with ac. But now? Hell no. I'm a grown ass woman. Bed or maybe a sofa or I don't sleep there.
